“The room and balcony was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Reception was efficient and polite. There was an empty bottle of wine in the room from the previous occupants. The balcony was looking out onto a roof. Was difficult to get a coffee at 16:30. Kosher hotels are a complete hypocrisy”

“I couldn’t check in as nothing was in English, I had to call a friend to come help me with the process which was all in Hebrew. No one on the property spoke English, the first room was in the basement and the other people down there had a barking dog, the others were playing music and were loud. I was “upgraded” only because my friend was there to talk to the property manager, no one answered my contact through Expedia, the other room was dirty and dusty, the lock wasn’t working so I couldn’t……
